Shipping & Returns policy
Domestic Shipping:
UK shipping is FREE. I use Royal Mail 1st class, which takes 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours in case of any delays in the postal system and to pick and pack straps
From order to packing, please allow 24-48 hours during the working week to process your order
International Shipping
International shipments are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Royal Mail International tracked – 5-8 business days
Delivery times are quoted by the couriers and can not be guaranteed. Tracking will be provided via email when your strap(s) ship.
Addresses and contact details:
Please be aware that delivery address and contact details are the customer's responsibility. All items will be shipped to the address given at checkout unless a change has subsequently been made and agreed upon. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and any additional fees incurred for incorrect details.
Duties & Taxes owed:
Please be aware of your local taxes and duties levied on shipments from the UK. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
As the UK is no longer part of the EU, taxes may be owed when receiving a delivery.
Returns & Exchanges:
MTR-Watches Returns Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and must not have been mounted to the watch and worn. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned goods (minus shipping)
Please ensure all items are returned using a signed for service to confirm receipt. Any items sent without proof of delivery are at the buyer's risk
Return postage at the expense of the buyer
We cannot accept returns when:
Straps have been visibly worn, damaged, marked, or are smelling of aftershave or smoke etc. Straps should not be exposed to water or be marked in any way.
All product/s are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back at MTR-Watches. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping.

Please allow 3-4 working days to process returns. We aim to do this as fast as possible on return, but in some circumstances, it might take up to 4 working days to process
International Customers – Please ensure you mark your goods as returns on customs forms. You are not selling to the UK; therefore, you should not declare a value. Any customs owed on returns will be deducted from any refund owed
